The acronym NFW stands for "no freakin' way" or "no f***ing way." It is a more expressive, emphatic way of saying "no way!"

Things that may inspire someone to say NFW include (but are not limited to):

  • Their DnD party getting TPKed
  • Finding a rare record in a record shop
