HWP refers to a reasonable proportion between a person's height and weight. For example, a doctor may refer to you as HWP at a checkup if your height and weight are proportionate to each other (in other words, your weight and height are healthy).
If your height and weight are not HWP, they are disproportionate, meaning one is too much or too little. For example, if you are 5'5" and weigh 210 pounds, you are not HWP and would need to lose weight (or grow 8 inches, which is a bit harder).
You likely will not see or hear HWP since it is obscure. However, you still may see HWP on a checkup form or online in a health-related forum.
